Fitness has always been something I knew was important & tried to incorporate into my life. But life can take control; work, getting married & having children. We get busy & our health gets put on the back burner. I know this. I have been there. But two children later, and 10 lbs heavier I knew I had to make a change in my life. I was not happy with myself.

Fitness is a lifestyle for me now. Not just something I do a few times I week because I feel like I have to. I think about it daily, how I am going to get in my workout for the day. As well as my nutrition & diet, I am more aware of what I am putting into my body. I want to look & feel my best! It’s all about motivation & desire. If there is a will, you will find a way. My life is much busier now than ever before. But I have the desire to balance my life where fitness is a priority.
